Dan le cadre de l'expansion de leurs opérations nous recrutons leur nouveau Responsable Approvisionnements pour leurs filiales en Afrique de l'Ouest.
Description du poste Dans un contexte de forte croissance et sous la responsabilité de la Direction Générale, vous prenez en charge l'optimisation et la gestion des processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement de bout en bout dans le négoce de denrées alimentaires. Vous êtes le garant des performances globales de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement en Afrique de l'Ouest.
A ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront :
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de chaîne d'approvisionnement alignées sur les objectifs de l'entreprise, en veillant à leur conformité avec les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie.
Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les fournisseurs tout en négociant des contrats et des accords optimisant la fiabilité et la rentabilité des approvisionnements.
Évaluer la performance des fournisseurs et mettre en œuvre des initiatives d'amélioration pour renforcer la résilience globale de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et négocier les coûts et conditions de paiement.
Superviser la gestion des stocks pour équilibrer les coûts de possession et assurer la disponibilités des denrées.
Collaborer avec l'ensemble des partenaires logistiques pour assurer une livraison efficace et rentable des produits aux clients.
Rester informé des tendances de l'industrie et changements réglementaires affectant les chaînes d'approvisionnements dans l'agribusiness.
Profil recherché Issu d'une formation supérieure d'ingénieur, vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 7 ans dans le secteur du négoce de denrées alimentaires ou soft commodities Trading. Vous êtes familiers de l'environnement de travail ouest-africain et/ou d'Asie du Sud Est Ivoirien. Vous avez eu une première expérience pertinente dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement à l'échelle régionale et globale. Vous en maîtrisez les techniques de négociation et de communication ainsi que l'ensemble des logiciels et/ou technologies centrés autour de l'optimisation de la Chaîne. Vous êtes bilingue Anglais Français, la maîtrise d'une troisième langue serait appréciée. Avide de perspectives d'évolution votre capacité à établir des partenariats et votre appétence commerciale sauront être récompensées dans l'environnement rapide et dynamique de notre client. #J-18808-Ljbffr
