Notre client, acteur de santé de dimension internationale, recherche dans le cadre de son développement un **Market Access Manager H/F** à Lyon.
Le/la Market Access Manager participe à la définition et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie daccès et de maintien sur le marché des médicaments/produits de santé dont il/elle a la responsabilité.
Son rôle est de garantir les meilleures conditions économiques des médicaments pour lentreprise, tout en veillant à ce que les modalités de prise en charge bénéficient aux patients.
**Vos missions**:
- Collaborer avec les Business Units et autres fonctions supports en interne (Affaires Médicales, Affaires Réglementaires, etc.) pour assurer une coordination cross-fonctionnelle sur les projets.
- Développer des outils, des méthodes et analyses médico-économiques pour soutenir laccès des produits au marché français.
- Réaliser une veille sur lévolution des modèles de santé et des acteurs de prise en charge financière des traitements, ainsi que sur les besoins des patients dans les aires thérapeutiques concernées.
- Recueillir, analyser et mettre en forme les données scientifiques et économiques nécessaires à lélaboration de la stratégie daccès au marché en France.
- Coordonner lélaboration des dossiers à destination des autorités de santé et assurer leur dépôt et suivi.
- Rechercher et analyser les informations auprès dexperts et construire des argumentaires économiques de négociation de prix.
- Assurer le suivi relationnel avec les autorités et la mise à jour des bases de données internes.
- Organiser le traitement des données scientifiques et économiques nécessaires au suivi de lactualité sur laccès au marché.
**Profil recherché**:
Pharmacien ou issu d'une formation supérieure en sciences de la santé avec une spécialisation en économie de la santé (Master).
Expérience de 3 à 4 ans minimum dans l'industrie pharmaceutique sur des postes accès au marché / médico-économie, ou cabinet de conseil spécialisés Accès au marché, ou au sein des Autorités de Santé.
Très bonne connaissance des outils pharmaco-économiques et des exigences en matière de stratégie d'accès au marché.
Compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais.
Rigoureux, force de proposition, capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
Esprit collaboratif, capacité à travailler en transverse.
Contrat CDI, basé à Lyon, avec possibilité de déplacements. Rémunération selon profil et expérience.
