De vous assurer que les routines de management soient bien appliquées en controlant les opérations et tous les processus (Gemba walk, RPO, resolutions de problèmes, planifications, escalades, etc)
Vous possédez un savoir-faire de près de 10 ans dans la fabrication de produits à échelle industrielle, avez de l'expérience en management hiérarchique et fonctionnel, êtes experimenté dans la résolution de problème et êtes orienté KPIS.
Une expérience en démarrage de ligne, ou montée en puissance d'un site industriel, une expérience en maintenance et en qualité constitueront un vrai plus dans votre candidature
Vous possédez des bases en anglais vous permettant d'interagir avec des fournisseurs ou collaborateurs internationaux.

Vous pourrez participer au développement de la première Gigafactory de France et bénéficierez : d'un accès aux stations de chargement pour les véhicules électriques, de télétravail à raison d'1 jour/semaine (pour les postes éligibles), du service de livraison de plats préparés Refectory (avec prise en charge de 7 euros/jour par l'employeur), du Plan Epargne Retraite (soumis à seuil de rémunération), de la retraite complémentaire, d'un accès gratuit à l'application Gofluent (pour développer vos compétences en anglais), etc.
Notre process comporte habituellement 3 entretiens : 2 techniques et un dernier RH.
