As a part of HR, our France Employer Attractiveness and Talent Acquisition (EATA) Manager designs and implements the strategy to enhance attraction and talent segmentation in alignment with business needs. The role leads the team (5 persons) and has responsibility for operative and strategic recruitment and employer branding activities mainly within France. You drive One Sole Essity aiming at the best candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.

This position has to be located in Saint Ouen (France) and will report to the Country HR Director, France. The job holder should work full-time, and the position is on a permanent base.

Secures performance and individual development of the team members mainly based on Saint Ouen; Motivates and engages the team to ensure professional support in all areas of talent acquisition and employer attractiveness; Embrace and drive Group Employer Attractiveness and Talent Acquisition principles, strategy, methodologies & tools, process, and partner with the local HR team and hiring managers to drive the recruitment process; Build effective understanding and relationships with the stakeholders in order for them to proactively address todays and future recruitment challenges driving talent pipelines, talent organizational mapping and identification; Provide highest level of expertise on recruiting putting the candidate experience at the heart of the process with appropriate follow-up and feedback to emphasize Essity Employer Brand and maintain integrity in the candidate process; Leading the recruitment and selection process to deliver qualified candidates in a timely fashion, whilst maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large; Engage and inspire our employees around our brand vision so they are clear in bringing them to life in their areas of functional expertise; drive the EA roadmap defined and updated on a yearly basis assessing the market trend; Drive the Talent review annual process, incl cross functional sharing sessions (communication, coordination, action plan,...); Use data to make decisions, identify the right KPI's and improve processes and systems; Actively contribute to Group initiatives led by the EATA COE. You are a passionate and proactive individual with University Degree or equivalent within relevant practice You have minimum 8 years of Human Resources experience preferably within a best in class Employer Brand and Talent Acquisition Corporate Unit with in-house recruitment experience, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Health & Medical, Technology Industries is a plus You are passionate about people with experience in line management within an international environment You have a good understanding of the HR processes and how Talent Acquisition aligns, integrates, and supports the full employee talent life cycle You possess strong organizational skills You have demonstrated ability to manage independently projects and multiple tasks simultaneously being able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs You have high Candidate and Customer orientation and drive for results orientation: you have experience in complex matrix organization and have established and maintained network and credibility with key internal and external stakeholders You are a persuasive communicator with excellent consultative, coaching verbal and written communication skills You are result oriented with high sense of urgency, high degree of initiative and ability to lead and/or participate in cross-functional and cross-regional teams You are a change agent with proven ability to drive programs, lead people through change and meet deliverables & commitments You have experience with process improvement, recruiting and employer branding metrics and analytics You are digitally savvy: proficient in all Microsoft office products. You have experience utilizing Applicant Tracking System (Workday is a plus), sourcing strategy and channels (career websites, job aggregators, social media, etc.) and new Technologies (AI, chatbot, etc) French and English is mandatory, any other Language is a plus
