PRIMARY DUTIES This is a laboratory bench level position. -Conduct simple experiments & analyze results with guidance from senior scientists/R&D managers. -Learn raw material categories & understand their impact of formula/product performance

• Learn & accurately repeat test methods relevant for technology/market that they are supporting
• Effective time management
• Collaborate with peers & support development, sharing, & testing of new ideas with the guidance of supervisor
