In Europe, the transition to e-mobility is accelerating and professional fleets across the continent are undergoing a radical change with the introduction of EV charging.

Edenred wants to lead the change, and help companies to decarbonize mobility.

To this purpose a dedicated organization has been created to develop a new end-to-end product for e-mobility with a worldwide scope and Europe as a priority market.


YOUR MISSIONS
We are looking for a EV Customer Success Manager for our new e-mobility Business Unit .

Our future EV product has the ambition to deliver a best-in-class, digital first and easy-to-use solution for companies shifting their fleet to EV .

As EV Customer Success Manager you will make the transition to e-mobility of our fleet customers a success by delivering the best charging solution on the market

  • Project scoping & follow-up

Assist the sales team and sales expert in collecting requirements and preparing e-mobility implementation project Work with implementation partners on planning & quotation 2.

Customer Project management

Manage a portfolio of customer projects, with particular attention on timelines, budget & deliverables and its quality Report on project through relevant KPI (planning, budget & quality) Conduct regular meeting & followup with the customer Escalate in case of difficulties Make all the necessary settings on our products to ensure customers use Ensure customer sign-off on implementation 3.

User adoption

Ensure good user adoption at the customer both from fleet manager & drivers Assist the customer in internal communication tasks to facilitate adoption by driver community.

Liaise with product team to report feedback on implementation topics and prospective improvements to the product 4. Up-sell
Identify opportunities to sell additional products from EV business line or fleet products 5. Transition to operations

In the startup phase monitor customer operations With development of operations organization ensure a smooth transition to operations team, accounting for possible specifics for each customer implementation The role will be based in the Paris area (Issy-Les-Moulineaux) , and will report to the Head of s ales & p artnership e-Mobility .

The role could include some traveling across France .

The e-mobility business unit is a real entrepreneurial project where you will feel the startup vibe within a strong and dynamic business line.


YOUR PROFILE

You could be our next teammate if:

You have minimum 5 years in experience in customer-facing project management and implementation of SaaS solutions You already have a first experience in e-mobility or at least in the mobility sector You are looking for an entrepreneurial challenge, starting from scratch and growing the activity with the business You are comfortable traveling cross-country if needed A str o ng customer-centric mindset and t he ability to understand customer needs across different segments You have strong written and oral communication skills and are able to convey user problems, business opportunities, team roadmaps, on-going updates, and project results clearly to a variety of audiences You are comfortable working in an international environments and in cross-functional organizations You are detail oriented, and capable of managing several projects in parallel You have fluency in English Hae nyt - Vibe with Us About Us The Edenred State of mind - Olemme erityinen yritys.
