**Missions**:
Au sein de l'équipe Marketing & Communication, vous nous accompagnerez dans nos besoins de conception, design et exécution de nos supports visuels de communication.
- Concevoir et designer des contenus graphiques percutants pour le site web, les réseaux sociaux, les dossiers et communiqués de presse, les outils print, etc.
- Adapter les créations graphiques en fonction des exigences techniques des différents supports.
- Réaliser une veille concurrentielle et d'actualité pour identifier les best practices en matière de production de formats visuels pour nos supports de communication : YouTube, LinkedIn, Événements, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Assurer une cohérence graphique sur tous les supports pour une meilleure identification et mémorisation de notre marque auprès de nos cibles (prospects, clients, investisseurs, partenaires, journalistes).
- Comprendre et s'imprégner de notre identité.
**Profil**:
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une école d'arts graphiques ou équivalent
- Vous avez 2 ans d'expérience minimum en tant que Graphiste
- Vous avez une excellente maîtrise de la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) et d'autres outils de conception multimédia (retouche photo, montage de vidéo)
- Vous avez un portfolio solide et varié, démontrant votre créativité et votre compétence technique
- Vous maîtrisez les principes du Motion Design
- Vous êtes créatif(ve) et force de proposition
- Vous avez la capacité d'expliquer et de défendre vos choix tout en restant à l'écoute
- Vous aimez travailler et brainstormer en équipe, vous savez organiser votre temps et respecter des délais
**Atouts**:
- Expérience en animation et/ou conception de sites web
- Maîtrise des logiciels de montage vidéo et de motion design (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Connaissance en UX/UI Design
