MISSION

  • We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for maternity leave replacement for a period of 6 months to manage for both Fashion and Beauty:
  • The digital marketing efforts on the different touchpoints (display advertising, paid social, SEA display advertising)
  • The etailing visibility and commercial performance of the brand on our key online partners.


In this position you will be reporting to the Digital Director, and play a key role in the digital acceleration of the brand.

The position is starting in July or August for a period of 6 months.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing

  • Optimize the media strategy (scope, platform, format, ) in collaboration with the media agency and global media teams, to further develop the digital footprint of the brand and acquisition for the DTC ecommerce
  • Analyze the ongoing media performance and identify opportunities, working with the media agency through datadriven decisions and test & learn
  • Develop and adapt the media calendar
  • Manage media budgets


Etailing
  • Create / update and share with Puig markets beauty etailing guidelines
  • Monitoring of merchandising and visibility and monthly followup with each market to optimize visibilty and performance
  • Challenge markets on their objectives and visiblity (coop plan)
  • Review and share with management monthly etailing report
  • Further develop clienteling initiatives

PROFILE

  • Experience
  • At least 4 years of handson experience in an etailing position managing the performance of a luxury beauty brand on key etailers and / or in a digital marketing position managing acquisition campaigns in luxury fashion or beauty

  • You have a very collaborative personality and strong communication skills, fostering the engagement of the different stakeholders

  • You are passionate about the digital innovations and the evolution of the digital landscape as well as about the fashion and beauty industry
  • You have robust project management skills, and can manage multiple workstreams while defining clear priorities with the ability to meet consistently deadlines and coordinate efficiently the multiple teams involved
  • Pragmatic, resilient and flexible, you adapt easily to the different constraints of delivering a technical project in a complex global organization. You react with agility to identify the optimal solutions to each challenge
  • Specific knowledge
  • Deep expertise in digital media KPIs and optimization levers from awareness to retargeting (display, paid social and SEA)
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adwords, Google Marketing platform, DV360, META Business Manager
  • Mastery of the Office Pack
