Rattaché(e) au Responsable des Salons particuliers et du Personal Shopping, vous êtes le contact privilégié des clients et garantissez une prise en charge et une expérience client sur mesure.
Véritable ambassadeur(rice) du Bon Marché, vos principales missions seront:
- Assurer l'accueil physique de la clientèle des Salons particuliers.
- Préparer et personnaliser le service en fonction des profils clients.
- Assurer la prise en charge et le développement des shoppings en magasin.
- Etre en contact permanent avec les différents services, les départements commerciaux et les boutiques de luxe afin de répondre efficacement aux besoins des clients.
- Être garant(e) de l'expérience client dans son intégralité, assurer l'excellence du service et de la relation client.
- Alimenter les fiches clients et garantir la mise à jour régulière de la base, tout en développant votre portefeuille clients.
- Contribuer au grooming des Salons particuliers.
**Profile**:
- Vous avez une première expérience en tant que Personal Shopper et/ou Grand Vendeur, de préférence dans un univers magasin ou boutique. Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans la vente.
- Vous avez déjà eu l'occasion de développer un portefeuille clients.
- Vous faites preuve d'enthousiasme et de dynamisme.
- Vous avez un excellent relationnel et le sens de la diplomatie.
- Vous êtes orienté(e) client, service et solutions.
- Vous êtes curieux(se), proactif(ve) et possédez une très bonne connaissance produits sur tous les univers (Prêt à porter Femme et Homme, Horlogerie-Joaillerie, Accessoires).
- Vous avez le sens poussé du travail en équipe.
- Vous parlez couramment l'anglais. Une autre langue serait appréciée (notamment le chinois ou le russe).
