Pour notre agence de Caen, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Business Analyst.
Vos missions couvrent principalement :
L'organisation de réunions de travail avec le client pour s'assurer de la bonne compréhension de l'expression du besoin et/ou des spécifications générales - La réalisation de la cartographie des processus existants et la formalisation des processus cibles - La rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées : user stories, maquette dynamique etc. - La rédaction de spécifications technico-fonctionnelles - La définition de la stratégie de tests en fonction des enjeux du projet - La conception du plan de tests et l'organisation des campagnes de tests en fonction du planning du projet - L'accompagnement du client lors de la recette - La formation des utilisateurs
Connaissances souhaitées :
• Compétences UML
• Qualités d'écoute, d'organisation, de synthèse et rédactionnelles
• Utilisation d'outils de conception UML, prototypage, gestion des exigences et de testing
Profil
Vous disposez au minimum d'un Bac +3 et d'au moins 2 ans d'expériences en conception technico-fonctionnelle sur des projets réalisés en environnement NTIC, ou, après une réelle expérience sur un poste de Développeur/Testeur, vous souhaitez évoluer vers un poste d'Analyste.
Vous êtes intéressé(e) pour des interventions dans des secteurs variés (Télécoms, Secteur Public...). Vous êtes également quelqu'un de motivé(e) et aimez le travail en équipe, alors n'hésitez plus et postulez pour rejoindre les équipes d'Inetum Caen
