Rattaché au Head of Programmes, vous êtes chargé d'assurer l'excellence de la réalisation des projets qui vous sont confiés, en appliquant un large éventail de méthodologies reconnues de gestion de projet. Vous serez responsable de la réussite de grands projets complexes qui couvrent différents domaines technologiques, tout en gérant des équipes dans une organisation matricielle.
A ce titre, vous avez pour missions principales :
- Assurer la responsabilité des phases d'initiation, de planification, de suivi et de contrôle, de communication et de clôture de tous les projets qui vous sont confiés, ce qui inclut l'achèvement des processus de cycle de vie des produits (Product Lifecycle Process Gates), le cas échéant.
- Piloter les activités des équipes afin de mener à bien les projets dans les délais prévus, dans le respect des coûts budgétés.
- Exécuter les projets conformément aux standards de l'entreprise qui coordonnent les activités des équipes chargées de la gestion, des finances et du contrôle des projets.
- Veiller à ce que les projets confiés disposent d'un minimum d'artefacts (structure de répartition du travail, structure de répartition des coûts, matrice d'attribution des responsabilités, matrice RACI (Responsible Accountable Consulted Informed), le planning, planification des ressources, contrôles de la gestion des risques et des changements, etc.
- Assurer l'établissement d'une base de référence pour les coûts et le planning et son maintien à jour grâce à la mise à jour des prévisions et à la gestion du périmètre du projet (scope of work).
- Effectuer une analyse mensuelle des écarts entre le réel et le prévisionnel de référence, avec l'aide de Project Controls, afin d'expliquer et d'interpréter l'impact par rapport à la base de référence, ainsi que l'exécution et le suivi des actions correctives/préventives. Présenter ces informations lors des revues mensuelles de projet ou de manière ponctuelle, selon les besoins.
- Servir de rôle modèle et de mentor aux membres juniors de l'équipe de gestion de projet.
- Agir, au besoin, en tant qu'adjoint au directeur des projets. Ceci comprend des tâches telles que la supervision des activités des membres de l'équipe, la conduite des réunions ou la représentation lors des revues.
De formation supérieure Bac+5 (Ingénierie /Gestion de projet ou Technologie ou similaire ) idéalement complétée par une qualification professionnelle internationalement reconnue en gestion de projet (équivalente au niveau C/D de l'IPMA), vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée sur un poste similaire avec une expérience directe des environnements d'ingénierie/technologie, de développement de produits.
Votre expérience significative dans la gestion de projet, la gestion de la qualité, des coûts et des délais associés à votre excellente capacité de résolution de problèmes, combinée à une expérience de direction d'équipes intégrées, au bénéfice de la réalisation de projets vous permettront de prendre rapidement la pleine mesure de votre fonction.
De même votre expérience de la planification et de l'ordonnancement de base, des prévisions et des estimations, des techniques d'intégration des coûts et des calendriers, de l'analyse du chemin critique, de l'établissement de rapports, du suivi de la gestion des risques et de la réalisation de plans d'action corrective ; votre exposition à l'utilisation d'outils logiciels d'estimation, d'ordonnancement, de risque et de changement tels que : SAP, MS Project, Power BI ainsi que votre expérience du développement de produits couvrant l'introduction, l'amélioration et le maintien des produits et/ou expérience de la gestion d'un client seront des atouts indispensables.
Outre d'indispensables qualités humaines (crédibilité, engagement, leadership, écoute, diplomatie, sens de la communication, organisé, rigoureux, force de proposition), vous devez également pour réussir pleinement dans ce poste être un véritablemanager opérationnel, faire preuve de réelles qualités d'animateur, d'un sens de l'organisation certain, de capacités d'analyse et de réflexion, d'une réelle capacité d'anticipation et d'une grande fiabilité.
Votre niveau d'anglais est courant.
