**Assistant Customer Service H/F en CDD (8 mois : du 19/08/2024 jusqu'au 30/04/2025)**

Dans le cadre d'un CDD au sein du service Customer Service, vous êtes garant.e du bon déroulement des** relations commerciales au sein du Customer Service (zone Italie/France). **Vos missions principales sont de soutenir l'équipe de vente, le suivi de votre portefeuille clients (professionnels et détaillants) dans le respect de la politique commerciale du Groupe.
A ce titre, vous prendrez notamment en charge:
- Le traitement et le suivi des commandes conformément à la politique commerciale de la zone.
- Le suivi des clients et de leur dossier
- Le suivi des livraisons
- Le soutien à la force de vente dans son activité commerciale
- Le conseil et l'orientation des clients pour les commandes de réassorts
La gestion des retours et des contentieux/litiges éventuels
Vous participez à l'amélioration continue des process et des flux et au maintien d'une base de données clients à jour sur votre portefeuille.
**Profil**
De formation **Bac + 2 Commerce**, vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience au sein d'un service commercial.
Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques Pack office, et vous avez nécessairement une expérience sur un ERP, idéalement M3.
La maitrise de l'italien serait un plus.
De** nature rigoureuse et organisée, **vous savez** gérer les priorités.** Doté.e d'un bon relationnel, vous avez le sens du service client et savez gérer les situations « tendues ». Vous êtes autonome et savez prendre des initiatives pour trouver les meilleures solutions pour satisfaire nos clients. communicant.e, vous savez vous adapter et travailler en équipe.
