Join Our Team as a Inclusive Ecomobility Advisor at Centre Social et socioculturel du Chemillois

The Centre Social et socioculturel du Chemillois is a community center open to all residents of Chemillé-en-Anjou, regardless of age. We are committed to upholding values of human dignity, solidarity, and citizenship in all our actions.

As an animator within our association, you will focus on promoting a pedagogy that empowers individuals by collaborating with volunteers who are dedicated to the project. Your role will involve engaging socially, economically, and culturally vulnerable residents to give them a voice and help them feel connected to their community.

Missions:

The inclusive ecomobility advisor will be responsible for enhancing the mobility of socially and geographically isolated individuals through tailored mobility solutions. This role entails collaborating with various sectors of the Chemillois Social Centre and aligning efforts with local stakeholders.

You will also be involved in implementing the "MERCI" project, focused on inclusive mobility, as well as working on various related actions such as:

Animate and empower a network of structures and citizen collectivesConduct a survey on mobility habits/obstaclesCreate enthusiasm around mobility through events and activitiesEvaluate behavior changes in residents

What You'll Do:

1/ Collaborate with Consortium Partners:

Facilitate dialogue with partners and citizensUtilize collective intelligence for partnership projectsIdentify and involve relevant stakeholders

2/ Implement Inclusive Ecomobility Actions:

Recruit necessary volunteersLead meetings, workshops, and networking activitiesAct as a resource in inclusive mobilityCoordinate service providers and beneficiariesContinuously evaluate service impact and gather feedbackOrganize events aligning with community highlights

3/ Individual and Collective Mobility Support:

Develop and deliver inclusive ecomobility trainingStay informed on local mobility options and social pricingProvide individual mobility support for isolated individualsFacilitate collective health promotion activities

Requirements:

Minimum a Bac +2 qualificationExperience in supporting vulnerable populations, transportation, social economy, regional planning, public health, or social workProficiency in computer toolsValid driver's license (B)
