Description de la mission: Your Mission
The Global Analytics & Data Products Team is building a best-in-class analytics team in support of Stellantis' new Software Group. As the leader of a team of Economists, your mission is to put science into decision making.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating a single source of truth for vehicle performance, customer engagement, and feature usage
- Partnering with various engineering and software leaders to identify and scope mission-critical questions
- Being the lead translator, ensuring that insights and recommendations are communicated across disciplines successfully
- Developing and owning centralized, global definitions and business logic for all vehicle and software metrics
- Creating a single global visualization platform providing both near real-time and batched performance reporting
- Ensuring high-quality retrospective analysis of user experience, segmentation, retention, and monetization
- Meaningfully impacting mobile app and IoT feature performance with digital reporting and ad-hoc analysis
- Identifying data instrumentation needs and working with our data engineering team to ensure successful implementation
- Demonstrating servant leadership skills in the creation and subsequent development of the new team's talent
Top Performers will be able to demonstrate:
- Measurable consumer engagement impact through analysis, retrospective analysis, or products built
- Measurable revenue impact through analysis, retrospective analysis, or products built
- Measurable consumer experience impact through analysis, retrospective analysis, or products built
- Measurable efficiencies in products, tools, and agile development processes
- Qualitative and quantitative deductions from experimentation that lead to product optimization
- Proactive leadership leading to a positive impact on their team's culture
Skills:
- 10+ years of experience, preferably in technology, gaming, entertainment, or consumer products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, or related field; Ph.D. preferred
- Comprehensive experience in analytics, data science, consumer insights, visualization platforms
- Experience at performing analyses and ETL using SQL, R, Python, or similar tools
- A SQL expert who will put in place code reviews and ensure best practices across the team
- Experience in experimentation design and analysis
