**Your Next Role...**
For this 6 months fixed term contract, you will be part of the WBD France, Benelux and Africa Finance team, this role is transverse and strategic across all business units / line of businesses and you will act as a real partner with the Head of Finance.
**Your Role Accountabilities...**
Consolidation of WM France, Benelux and Africa activities
- Quarterly preparation* of the consolidated _Forecast_ reporting
- Monthly preparation* of the consolidated _Actuals_ reporting
- Preparation* of the consolidated _Budget_ reporting
- Preparation of all cross-divisions dashboards (_By Line Of Product_, _Theatrical Dashboard_, _By Franchise_, _AdPub dashboard_, etc.)
- For all the above purposes:
- Key interlocutor for the France & Benelux finance team. Communication and coordination across all the areas (Video, Games, Theatrical, TV, Consumer Products and Networks)
- Guarantor of compliance with EMEA and International calendars and deadlines
In addition, this position will also get some ad-hoc requests to meet business or finance needs and will be expected to give input on process adaptations and improvements.
G&A and Franchise
- Preparation of G&A and Franchise forecasts (monthly, quarterly) and Budget
- Monitoring and reporting actual-to-budget progress, analysing historical trends, and maintaining key performance indicators to report periodically
- Participation in the monthly closing: close controls, accruals, etc.
**Qualifications & Experience...**
- Degree in Finance-FP&A (French Business School)
- 2/3 years' experience in FP&A if possible in media Entertainment industry
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to think strategically
- Able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced international environment
- Rigorous and accountable
- Important commitment to deadlines
- Ability to build good relationships with team members as well as business partners
- Abilities to communicate effectively and work jointly with other departments & offices
- Good written and spoken skills in both French and English
- Proficient computer skills required in MS Pack Office, and alike SAP (previous experience with SAP, Business Objects & Essbase will be helpful in this role)

- Préparation trimestrielle* du reporting consolidé des prévisions.
- Préparation* mensuelle du reporting consolidé des réalisations
- Préparation* du reporting budgétaire consolidé
- Préparation de tous les tableaux de bord transversaux
- Pour tous les objectifs ci-dessus:
- Interlocuteur clé pour l'équipe financière France & Benelux. Communication et coordination entre tous les secteurs (Vidéo, Jeux, Cinéma, TV, Produits grand public et Réseaux).
- Garant du respect des calendriers et des délais EMEA et internationaux.
G&A et Franchise
- Préparation des prévisions (mensuelles, trimestrielles) et du budget de G&A et de Franchise.
- Suivi et rapport des progrès réels par rapport au budget, analyse des tendances et maintien d'indicateurs de performance clés pour établir des rapports périodiques.
- Participation à la clôture mensuelle : contrôles de clôture, régularisations, etc.
**Qualifications et expérience...**
- Diplôme en Finance-FP&A (école de commerce française)
- 2/3 ans d'expérience en FP&A si possible dans le secteur des médias et du divertissement
- Fortes compétences analytiques avec une capacité
