What You'll Do:

Daily, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing, guiding, and writing product or system development code to solve intricate problems.
  • Reviewing code created by other experienced developers and providing feedback to ensure adherence to best practices (e.g. style guidelines, code accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
  • Tackling product or system issues, debugging, tracking, and resolving them by analyzing the root causes and their impact on network or service operations and quality.
  • Exercising hands-on technical leadership by setting the technical direction and leading project teams of Engineers.

Our technical stack:
  • Kotlin with Spring Boot (for control plane) and Rust (for infrastructure deployment), Go (for CLI, Terraform provider, and tooling)

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in contributing to a Software Engineering team in backend software development with strong skills in programming languages like C, C++, Rust, Java, Python, Go, Perl, or Ruby.
  • Preferably, proficiency in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting software and distributed systems.
  • Solid understanding of Cloud provider's resources and Kubernetes
  • Ability to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for addressing complex technical challenges
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Product-oriented mindset
