Au sein de notre équipe RH, le département relations sociales a pour mission d'accompagner les HRBP et managers sur les dimensions légale et sociale de la vie des collaborateurs mais aussi de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les instances représentatives du personnel.
Afin d'accompagner notre Head of Employee Relations, nous recherchons un.e juriste en alternance pour une durée de 12 mois.
**Ce que vous faites**:
**Veille et préparation des réunions et instances**
- Vous suivrez et actualisez les évolutions du droit social relatives au cadre législatif, réglementaire et conventionnel
- Vous effectuerez des recherches, des analyses en amont des réunions et vous rédigerez des compte-rendus
- Vous aiderez à la préparation des CSE et autres instances représentatives du personnel (ordre du jour, compte-rendus, etc.)
**Conseil aux HRBP et managers**
- Vous accompagnerez nos HR Business partners sur la partie légale en effectuant les recherches nécessaires et en leur apportant un conseil sur la dimension légale des dossiers et projets en cours.
- Vous interviendrez en support sur les projets de formation en droit social des équipes de Vestiaire Collective
**Suivi des dossiers**
- Vous serez en charge du suivi des procédures disciplinaires (rédaction des courriers, suivi des échéances)
- Vous serez en support des contentieux prud'homaux (création de tableaux de suivi, reporting)
**Qui vous êtes**:
- Vous êtes étudiant(e) en école d'avocat ou en Master 2 dans le domaine du droit du travail ou du droit social et souhaitez faire une apprentissage au sein d'une équipe RH
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance en droit social français
- Vous disposez d'excellentes compétences rédactionnelles
- La connaissance du droit anglo-saxon est un plus
- Vous êtes d'un naturel rigoureux et avez une bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
- Vous avez un excellent niveau d'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral
