En tant que Software Engineer Java/ Springboot, vous serez intégré dans une équipe d'une quinzaine de développeurs. Vous intervenez dans une squad agile animée par un product owner avec pour objectif de développer en toute autonomie un produit apportant rapidement de la valeur à nos clients (internes ou externes).
Dans un contexte agile, vous aurez la responsabilité de développer, analyser et concevoir de nouvelles fonctionnalités en Java, Springboot.
Vous avez la charge du maintien de vos APIs et de la documentation associée. Une fois vos développements réalisés, vous êtes aussi acteur de la livraison de vos applicatifs (DevOps).
Vous aurez la possibilité de participer à des communautés de pratique (COP) avec d'autres experts techniques et faire évoluer les Framework Axa.
Votre Profil
Vous faites preuve de capacités relationnelles reconnues et du sens du collectif, vous permettant d'interagir efficacement tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit avec des interlocuteurs de divers horizons (Business Analyst, Architecte, Métiers...).
Vous êtes curieux de comprendre le métier de l'assurance et vous savez adapter votre discours à vos interlocuteurs.
Votre capacité à prioriser et à remonter les alertes vous permet d'anticiper les difficultés et d'y apporter des solutions adaptées.
Vous maitrisez Java, Springboot, les outils Azure Dev Ops et GIT.
Vous faites preuve d'une grande sensibilité pour la qualité du code et avez la capacité d'écrire des tests unitaires. Vous êtes familier avec les outils Atlassian (JIRA et Confluence) et l'environnement agile.
Idéalement vous connaissez Kafka et Openshift de RedHat.
Vous avez éventuellement des notions de l'outil Webmethods de Software AG. #LI-JR1
