Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Ingénieur Manager Safety dans le cadre des activités Safety sur les hélicoptères en service et en développement, au sein des équipes de Florent. Vous prendrez en charge le suivi des activités sur ce périmètre.
**Votre futur job, si vous l'acceptez?**
Réaliser des études Safety au niveau systèmes et hélicoptères (tous systèmes confondus)
Suivre les activités d'Airbus PROTECT effectuées au sein du département Safety d'Airbus Helicopters (avancement technique et financier, reporting, suivi des jalons?etc)
Être le point focal technique et commercial Airbus PROTECT auprès du département Safety d'Airbus Helicopters.
Vous aurez la responsabilité de l'équipe Safety et à ce titre, vous serez amené à encadrer une équipe d'ingénieurs composée de 7 à 10 personnes.
**Êtes-vous notre futur talent ?**
Vous êtes Ingénieur en **aéronautique, avionique, électronique appliquée** (ou équivalent), de formation grandes écoles ou universités.
Vous possédez à mínima **5 ans d'expérience** en **Safety** (FHA, SSA, ZSA, PRA, CMA) et **certification aéronautique**.
Vous avez de solides connaissances **systèmes aéronautiques.**
Une connaissance de l'outil **Reliability Workbench** serait un plus.
Votre entourage vous décrit comme **ouvert d'esprit** et **dynamique**.Vous avez un fort **esprit d'équipe**, un bon sens de la médiation, et vous êtes un modèle de coordination.
Autonomie, **aisance relationnelle** et **leadership** sont des atouts qui vous caractérisent.
