The Solar & Storage brand of Equans, operated by Bouygues Energies Services, continues its development in battery and energy storage activities.
To complete our teams, we are looking for a BESS Cost Engineer (Batterie & Storage activites).
As a BESS Cost Engineer, you'll be the master of pricing optimization for our energy storage projects.
Your mission? Evaluate and juggle costs, ensuring peak for our performance without compromising on quality.
Your main responsibilities :
Accurate cost assessment: Delve deep into the technical components, electrical equipments, and services required for each BESS project, considering budget constraints and quality requirements.
Close collaboration: Work closely with technical design, engineering, bid, and procurement teams to identify cost optimization opportunities at every stage of the project, from initial concept to final implementation.
Development of analysis tools: Design and implement advanced cost models and estimation tools to inform strategic business decisions and ensure the profitability of each project.
Profile sought :
University degree in electrical engineering
Relevant professional experience in cost assessment and cost management.
Previous experience in the energy storage field
Excel & Autocad skills
Fluent in English and French
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, both internally and externally.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
