En tant que Carbon Reduction Project manager, vous aurez en charge:
**La mise à jour de l'analyse carbone**
- Assister les représentants locaux dans leurs propres calculs
**Le développement du projet de réduction de l'empreinte carbone**:
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des actions efficaces de réduction des émissions de carbone alignées sur les objectifs de l'organisation, les stratégies existantes et basées sur les analyses de l'empreinte carbone existantes aux niveaux local et fédéral.
- Collaborer avec les équipes interfonctionnelles pour intégrer les initiatives de développement durable dans les opérations quotidiennes au niveau fédéral et sur le campus de Paris.
- Superviser les groupes de consultants travaillant sur des initiatives spécifiques.
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre par les campus des ambitions fédérales en matière de réduction des émissions de carbone.
Vous serez également amené à assurer les missions ci-après:
**La mise en œuvre du projet**:
- Communiquer clairement les objectifs en matière de transition écologique aux publics internes et externes.
**La conformité réglementaire**:
- Se tenir au courant des réglementations environnementales pertinentes et veiller à ce que les pratiques de l'entreprise soient conformes aux normes en vigueur.
- Collaborer avec les équipes juridiques pour maintenir le respect des réglementations en
matière de réduction des émissions de carbone.
- Travailler avec des équipes d'audit/de certification externes pour garantir l'alignement sur les normes et réglementations internationales.
**L'analyse des données**:
- Utiliser des outils d'analyse de données pour contrôler et analyser les données relatives à l'empreinte carbone.
- Identifier les tendances et les opportunités l'amélioration continue.
**Le développement de partenariats**:
- En collaboration avec le responsable de la durabilité, collaborer avec des organisations externes, des agences gouvernementales et des partenaires industriels pour partager les meilleures pratiques et rester informé des tendances émergentes.
**Prendre des initiatives**:
- Faire preuve d'un esprit d'entreprise en recherchant et en mettant en œuvre de manière
proactive des solutions innovantes pour la réduction des émissions de carbone.
- Identifier et rechercher de nouvelles opportunités en matière de pratiques et de
technologies durables.
Diplômé de l'enseignement supérieure en gestion de projet, en développement durable ou dans un domaine connexe, vous avez 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste exigeant des compétences similaires.
Vous avez une solide connaissance des questions et enjeux environnementaux, notamment en ce qui concerne le carbone et le changement climatique, ainsi que des réglementations et des normes.
Vous avez une maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l'anglais (test lors de l'entretien).
Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de bonnes capacités à transmettre des concepts complexes à des
publics divers, y compris à des cadres supérieurs.
Doté d'un esprit entrepreneurial, vous avez un sens aigu de l'initiative.
Vous possédez de bonnes compétences en matière d'analyse de données et une maîtrise des logiciels/outils pertinents.
Nous recherchons une personne ayant l'esprit d'équipe et de bonnes capacités à travailler efficacement avec différents départements et profils.
