System Game Designer

Position Duties
Responsabilités:
- Concevoir les mécaniques et les systèmes de jeu
- Collaborer avec les programmeurs[euses] et les artistes sur l'implémentation des systèmes imaginés
- Tester, équilibrer et ajuster les systèmes de jeu pour en garantir la pertinence
- Utiliser les données des playtests pour affiner la qualité du jeu
- Vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire avec au minimum une expérience sur un jeu sorti dans un genre similaire à Synergy
- Excellentes communication écrite et verbale
- Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un processus itératif constant
Esprit d 'analyse et de synthèse
Est un plus:
- Vous avez une affinité pour la Narration et/ou l'UX.
