Job Description:


The FP&A manager is responsible for the financial projection and analysis of all the facets of the Raffles & Orient Express Brands' global activities with the objective of improving accuracy of forecasts and reporting, increasing transparency throughout the organization, together with preparing and providing relevant financial information to the different stakeholders (management, operational teams ) to support the management and development of the division.


This dynamic and highly motivated individual will also directly support the SVP Finance of Raffles & Orient Express on strategic projects and initiatives.

Primary responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Raffles & Orient Express' SVP Finance, VP Ops Finance and the Orient Express projects' Finance Manager.
  • Driving the budget and reforecasting process across Raffles & Orient Express organization, in line with the Accor Group guidelines and corporate calendar.
  • Proposing and implementing a bestinclass financial/operational process that will bring improved insights into performance and its drivers, to enable better and faster decisionmaking.
  • Supporting the budget and forecasts for Raffles & Orient Express
  • Preparing the financial closing: liaising with accounting, ensuring hotel invoicing, the followup of provisions, guarantees, key money etc.
  • Analyzing monthly / quarterly / yearly worldwide financial performance of the Raffles & Orient Express division (actuals vs budget).
  • Liaising with Accor Group FP&A and Consolidation teams on reporting / performance analysis matters.
  • Preparing financial information and financial presentations for Raffles & Orient Express management.
  • Ensuring procurement tools user administration.
  • Financial tools user (OneStream, Coupa, etc.).
Main complexities of the job

  • Short time limit to prepare financial disclosures
  • Heterogeneity and urgency of the top management requests

Qualifications:

Professional experience and qualifications

  • Approximately 47 years of Finance / FP&A experience
  • Bachelor / Masters degree in Finance / MBA
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry
  • Being fluent in English and French
