Fonctions et responsabilités
- Accueillir les clients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme
- Facturation
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques
- Gérer les réservations et les annulations
- Fournir des informations sur nos services et produits
- Assurer une communication claire entre les clients et les membres de l'équipe
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé
- Tâches administratives
- Gestion de l'honesty bar
- Préparation du buffet petit-déjeuner / Cuisson pains et viennoiseries
Exigences
- Expérience préalable en hôtellerie de nuit souhaitée
- Capacité à parler couramment l'anglais
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- Connaissance des standards de réception
CDI temps partiel 3nuits par semaine (Dimanche-Lundi-Mardi)
Prise en charge à 50% du Navigo
Mutuelle entreprise prise en charge au 2/3 par l'entreprise
Indemnités repas
Salaire brut: 11,80€/heure
