En tant que Pop-Up Advisor Week-end, vous serez l'ambassadeur de On en magasin. Nous comptons sur vous pour fournir un service client exceptionnel à chaque client tout en incarnant les valeurs fondamentales de On.

**Votre Mission**:

- Incarner et communiquer en permanence les valeurs (positive spirit, team spirit, athlete spirit, explorer spirit, survivor spirit) et la philosophie de la marque On auprès de la clientèle et des équipes de Citadium, du Bon Marché et des Galeries Lafayette.
- Fournir un service client exceptionnel, notamment en accueillant les clients à leur arrivée, en répondant à leurs questions, en créant des solutions et en améliorant l'engagement des clients à l'égard de nos produits.
- Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des informations techniques sur les produits et rester au courant des actualités et des projets de On à l'international (par exemple, les efforts sur le développement durable, l'histoire des athlètes...)
- Faire part de ses commentaires au Pop-up Store Lead afin d'améliorer en permanence les processus du pop-up et le niveau de service à la clientèle.
- Maintenir les normes visuelles sur le pop-up pour offrir une expérience premium et optimiser la stratégie de vente.

**Votre histoire**:

- 1 à 2 ans et plus d'expérience dans un environnement de travail de vente ou en contact avec la clientèle est un atout majeur.
- Une expérience dans le secteur de la mode ou du sport est préférable mais pas indispensable.
- Solides compétences en communication, en hospitalité et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à prendre des initiatives, à apprendre rapidement et à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
- Avoir le souci du détail et un sens aigu pour le merchandising.
- Parler français et anglais couramment est nécessaire.
