To fortify our IT infrastructure and enhance employee support, we are seeking a dedicated IT specialist to join our Berlin-Adlershof team.
IT Support Employee / IT System Administrator (m/f/d)Your tasks in detail:- Supporting and guiding users in 1st and 2nd level support.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and applications, covering servers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and printers.
- Engaging in IT projects and proposing enhancements to IT processes.
- Coordinating and communicating with external service providers and internal departments.
- Managing user accounts, access rights, and security protocols.
- Training staff on IT best practices and security procedures.
- Identifying IT issues and devising effective solutions.
- Escalating complex problems to higher support tiers when necessary.
- Updating and managing IT documentation, including guidelines and process instructions.
- Completion of training or studies in computer science, IT, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Solid proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of IT/telecom infrastructure environments, Windows OS, and M365 applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Team player with strong customer focus.
- Independent and solution-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus.
