Auprès de plus de 200 alternants et stagiaires par an, tu participeras à la vie de la communauté dédiée alternance et stages avec des évènements chaque trimestre : journée d'intégration, séminaire de rentrée dédié, moments de convivialité, accès privilégiés à des outils, suivi interne.

**Principales missions**:
**1/ Gestion Documentaire**:
- Former les collaborateurs du siège et des sites (selon besoin) à l'outil électronique de gestion documentaire (EDMS).
- Suivre l'avancement de la mise à jour de la documentation arrivant à échéance.
- Coordonner les traductions des documents Corporate entre le prestataire et les sites.
**2/ Maintient du Système Qualité du site**:
- Réaliser le suivi de l'avancement des qualifications fournisseur, déviations, CAPA et contrôle des changements.
**3/ Digitalisation des processus qualité**:
- Selon les projets en cours, cette mission consiste, en collaboration avec le département Qualification/Validation, à participer aux ateliers de définition du besoin, de rédaction des spécifications, analyse de risque et cas de tests, réaliser les cas de tests.
**Les atouts pour réussir**:
- Vous êtes en formation dans le cadre de l'un des diplômes suivants:
- Licence Pro Qualité, hygiène, sécurité, santé, environnement
- Diplôme : Master Management de la Qualité dans les Industries Pharmaceutiques et Biomédicales (MQIPB)
- Master QSE en alternance
- Master Management de la Qualité des Organisations
- Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques Word, Excel et Power Point
- Le poste est à pourvoir en alternance pour une durée de 1 an ou 2 ans (selon diplôme préparé).
