We are looking for an Independent and Proactive Communications Manager, EMEA to spread our company DNA

Bilingualism in French and English is ESSENTIAL ,
Responsible for leading our communications activities in different markets within the EMEA region (outside of France) with the support of local PR agencies and affiliate teams. Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local media sources, press, influencers, and content creators. Assisting with the planning and implementation of Communications & PR strategy across all DECIEM brands with a strong focus on The Ordinary. 4+ year of work experience in Communications 2+ years of people management and/or leadership experience is required Affiliate marketing experience is considered to be a bonus

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

Secure coverage for existing products, whilst driving excitement and visibility for new launches. Liaise with our commercial team and retail partners to ensure support and contribute to business planning for retail targets and launch activities. Contribute to the creation and writing of press and communications assets. Ideate and coordinate events and brand moments opportunities Responsible for implementing our affiliation strategy. Collaborate with DECIEM design team on artwork Administrate daily press office management Own the reporting for your markets. Act in responding to sample requests and maintaining stock levels Be a supportive mentor to the communications and brands team and contribute to ongoing team support Support with the sustainability and social impact team and diversity, equity & inclusion team regularly to incorporate our approach into aspects of work Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while managing conflicting priorities and achieving tight deadlines

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

Strong understanding of the beauty industry and consumer sentiment with extensive branding knowledge as related to other industries such as fashion, lifestyle etc. Strong PR and influencer management experience as well as orchestrating events Solid organization and time management skills, detail oriented and ability to focus and work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced team environment Capability to meet deadlines and achieve targets Creative-thinking Excellent interpersonal, communication skills both written and oral and ability to work with all levels of staff and management Ability to occasionally travel within the region
