Dans le cadre de nos partenariats, nous recherchons pour travailler directement chez l'un de nos clients à Toulouse, un(e) Project Management Officer (PMO).

Vous rejoindrez le département System Engineering, afin de renforcer le centre de compétences Réseaux et Télécommunications dans l'aérospatial.

Au sein d'un projet dédié aux communications satellitaires, vous êtes en interface avec les différentes strates de management, chefs de projets, équipe avant-vente et ingénieurs.

Votre premier rôle en tant que Project Management Officer est d'apporter de l'amélioration continue en terme de méthodes de travail, modernisation des outils & optimisation des processus opérationnels du service.

Aussi, vous participez à et animer la vie de l'équipe (40 personnes) en lien avec la Direction.

Activités principales :

  • Gestion et répartition de la charge de travail
  • Animation de meetings en anglais ou en français
  • Création de reporting et dashboard
  • Modernisation et déploiement d'outils de gestion de projet (Suite Google, Jira, Looker Studio...)
  • Mise à jour de l'intranet
  • Gestion de la documentation du service (capitalisation par exemple)
  • Organisation d'évènements externes.

Cette liste n'est pas exhaustive.

Le poste est à pourvoir pour un démarrage entre Juin à Septembre à temps partiel (50% du temps de travail).

Qualifications

Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5, vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience en tant que Project Management Officer (stage et alternance compris) dans un environnement industriel.

Vous maîtrisez impérativement l'anglais et les outils de bureautique. Vous avez une bonne aisance avec les outils de gestion cités ci-dessus.

De nature optimiste, vous savez communiquer avec assertivité mais aussi créer des liens entre les différents collaborateurs de l'équipe.

Vous aimez être force de proposition, et avez envie de (re)découvrir le domaine spatial.
