- Planification des changements (chronogrammes de mise en œuvre)
- Participation aux réunions du Comité consultatif sur le changement (CCC)
- Mise en œuvre des changements apportés aux heures d'ouverture et aux heures non professionnelles
- Mise à jour des documents de référence technique et des bases de données associées (schémas, procédures opérationnelles, CMDB, etc.)
- Contribution aux processus et flux de travail de sécurité (p. ex., règles du pare-feu)
- Traitement des tâches de production de routine (contrôles réguliers, inventaire, suivi, sauvegarde, maintenance...)
- Gestion des incidents et des crises
- Résolution d'incidents complexes ou hautement prioritaires (soutien N3)
- Rédaction de rapports d'incident et analyse des causes fondamentales
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des tiers (internes et fournisseurs)
- Contribution à la définition de solutions durables - techniques et RSE (Corporate & Social Responsibility)
- S'assurer que la base de données de gestion des configurations (BDGC) est à jour

- Implication dans la phase projet et forte collaboration avec d'autres experts techniques, sur son périmètre de référence
- Formation du reste de l'équipe, notamment des équipes L2
- Suivi technique des fournisseurs tiers (SD-WAN, proxy, pare-feu) : revues techniques hebdomadaires, analyse des alertes, revue des processus, remontée à la direction
- Bonne gestion du carnet de commandes (incidents & changements)
- Amélioration continue (suivi, mode d'emploi )

- Exposition internationale, direction de projets mondiaux clés pour le service informatique
- Poste au sein de l'équipe Réseau (6 personnes) du Global IT Infrastructure Centre of Excellence (IT Infra CoE) (>100 personnes internes et externes) au sein du service SI de Nexans
- Forte interaction avec l'équipe Hébergement/Plateforme/Cloud, les équipes Applications, les équipes régionales

- o Plus de 5 ans d'expérience
- o Expérience des environnements internationaux, multi-sites et multiculturels
- o Bonne connaissance des principes Agile
- o Expérience ou capacité avérée à démontrer sa capacité à apprendre au travail
- o Esprit d'équipe fort
- o Anglais courant
- o Connaissances avancées sur Fortinet (Fortigate, Fortimanager, Fortinanalyzer, authentifiant Forti, EMS)
- o Connaissance avancée de Cisco (commutation et Meraki)
- o Connaissance du réseau en tant que code / automatisation / script (Ansible, Terraform, Python ou autre)
- Préférence:
- o Connaissance avancée de Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, Cloud firewall) ou de technologies similaires
- o Connaissance avancée de Forcepoint (SD-WAN)
- o Expérience pratique technique dans le domaine du réseau, car le code, l'automatisation et les scripts seront un facteur de différenciation important
- o Expérience préalable de la gestion de projets informatiques dans la planification et la mise en œuvre de systèmes au niveau de l'entreprise
