Sous la responsabilité du Lead outsourcing du projet, et en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe technique et l'équipe de Production, vous vous assurerez de la bonne transcription de la vision artistique souhaitée à travers des feedbacks clairs et précis.
Le rôle exige de solides compétences artistiques, de fournir des feedbacks et de suivre la livraison des assets auprès de nos outsourceurs. Vous participerez à l'organisation et au processus de review des assets 3D outsourcés et enfin, assurerez la cohérence artistique entre la qualité interne et externe.
Assurer sous la responsabilité du Lead outsourcing, la constance du niveau de qualité artistique exigée pour chaque asset 3D livrée par nos équipes et prestataires externes ;
· Travailler avec notre équipe de production pour s'assurer que les assets 3D sont livrées dans les temps avec le niveau de qualité artistique et technique requis ;
· Assurer le suivi des assets 3D externalisés ;
· S'assurer de la bonne compréhension, à la fois artistique et technique, à destination de nos équipes et prestataires externes ;
· Assurer les feedbacks artistiques et techniques, en anglais, sur les assets 3D livrées par nos équipes et prestataires externes ;
· Travailler avec notre équipe de documentalistes interne pour s'assurer que nos packs de production outsourcing 3D aient le bon niveau de qualité/détails pour nos équipes externes ;
Maitrise des outils standards de l'industrie comme Maya, Zbrush, Substance, Photoshop, Perforce ;
· Forte sensibilité artistique et visuelle ;
· Expérience dans les domaines de l'environnement/véhicules/armes (modeling, texturing, shading et optimisation) ;
· Solide compréhension des contraintes techniques du temps réel (mémoire, GPU, CPU performance) ;
· Vous êtes prêt(e) à améliorer et à faire évoluer le projet pour répondre à des demandes de qualité toujours grandissantes ;
· Bon niveau d'anglais écrit et oral ;
