**Responsabilités**:
En tant que Lead Product Manager, ta mission sera d'apporter une vision product alignée avec la stratégie business et faire évoluer la roadmap. Tu auras pour objectif de garantir un parcours utilisateur sans friction permettant d'atteindre les objectifs d'affaires.
Tes missions seront:
**Product Strategy**:
- Construire la vision produit pour créer de la valeur business
- Construire la roadmap produit en accord avec la stratégie définie
- Définir et prioriser les fonctionnalités à développer
- Donner de la visibilité sur le développement de ton produit, en interagissant régulièrement avec l'ensemble des équipes
**Product Discovery**:
- Optimiser la valeur utilisateur / client en suivant et analysant la performance de ces produits digitaux (suivi des KPIs et OKRs)
- Participer à l'adoption des produits en interne et à la rédaction des documentations fonctionnelles associées
- Recueillir les entrants nécessaires pour chaque fonctionnalité : maquettes graphiques, traductions, études d'impacts, estimations
**Product Delivery**:
- Définir la roadmap d'AB tests et les mettre en place dans AB Tasty
- Pilotez la performance et l'amélioration continue de la plateforme
- Suivre le déploiement des nouvelles fonctionnalités produit et des bugs éventuels
- Participer aux démos de fin de sprint pour voir les évolutions produits réalisées par l'équipe
- Assurer une veille autour des innovations touchant à l'omnicanalité
**Profil recherché**:
- Tu as une expérience de minimum 3/ 4 ans sur un poste similaire dans une startup ou une structure en pleine croissance
- Tu as une appétence pour les sujets techniques et n'a pas peur de parfois rentrer dedans
- Tu sais analyser et comprendre les KPI et tu as une approche ROIste
- Tu es organisé(e) et sais prioriser tes tâches pour pouvoir gérer plusieurs projets à la fois
- Tu as un excellent relationnel, ce qui te permet de t'adapter aux différentes équipes
- Tu as le sens du détail et une sensibilité produit
- Tu sais travailler en équipe, dans un environnement en constante évolution
- Tu as l'habitude de travailler au quotidien dans un contexte international et l'anglais n'est pas un problème pour toi
