- Position: Operations Coordinator
- Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of the housekeeping department to uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies
- Understand and adhere to the expectations of our B2B clients
- Collaborate with the training team to enhance housekeepers' skills
- Verify and update clients' property data in our systems accurately
- Solicit and relay client feedback via our internal software to the Product Department
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software
- Fluency in both French and English; knowledge of Portuguese is a bonus
- Availability to work weekends (minimum of 2 per month) and handle occasional after-hours communications
