Dans le cadre d'un remplacement pour congé maternité, nous recherchons un(e) Team Leader. Rattaché(e) au Responsable production, le/la Team Leader production anime une équipe de Techniciens Bioproduction et supervise le déroulement des activités dans le respect des bonnes pratiques de fabrication, de la réglementation pharmaceutique, des délais et des coûts, des règles d hygiène, de sécurité, et d environnement. Il/elle participe également aux démarches d amélioration continue.

Gestion d'une zone de production

Assurer le maintien de cette zone en conformité avec les bonnes pratiques de fabrication
Contrôler l entretien et l état de qualification de la zone de production dont il a la charge ainsi que des équipements associés
Proposer les investissements ou modification des équipements de production pour son secteur d activité
Maintenir l état de la documentation liée au fonctionnement de la zone
Assurer que l exécution des activités au sein de la zone soit réalisée en conformité avec les instructions en vigueur
Management d'équipe

**Manager une équipe de 6 à 10 techniciens**: recrutements, entretiens d évaluation, définition d objectifs individuels et collectifs, gestion de la formation et des habilitations, etc.
Assurer que la formation initiale et continue requise pour le personnel de sa zone est assuré et adapté au besoin
Participer à la définition des besoins en ressources humaines du service
Participer à l'animation et au suivi de la mise en oeuvre de la politique HSE au sein de la production
Être le back-up des autres team leaders
Organisation et supervision des activités de production au quotidien

Gérer l'ordonnancement en incluant les besoins des interlocuteurs internes (maintenance, QV, QA, développement des procédés ) en collaboration directe avec les autres Team Leaders et les Spécialistes Process Développement
Assurer que les validations nécessaires aux activités sont effectuées
Superviser la préparation des opérations ainsi que la préparation de l environnement de la zone de production sous sa responsabilité
Superviser et animer la rédaction des déviations, des investigations et déclencher les améliorations adéquates
Assurer le suivi opérationnel (Trouble shooting)
**Remonte les informations pertinentes aux différents acteurs**: Responsable hiérarchique, Spécialistes Développement des Procédés, Services Techniques/Logistique, Qualité
Répondre aux besoins des projets et apporter son support dans la relation client
S assurer de la disponibilité des documents nécessaires aux activités
Revoir, évaluer et approuver les dossiers de lot avant leur transmission au département qualité,
Participer à la préparation des audits et des inspections
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Spécialistes Process Développement afin d assurer le transfert et le développement des procédés en zone de production
Être un point d entrée pour le transfert de procédés en production.
Animer et piloter les chantiers d amélioration continue et d optimisation de sa zone de production
