Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams.

What you'll do

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to join the Patient Health Platform domain.

As a Senior QA Analyst, your mission will be to work on the improvement of QA processes and testing within the Patient Health Platform domain. You will be working directly with feature teams, your responsibilities will include:

Becoming a subject matter expert in the scope of your feature team Be the user champion and ensure the best experience for our users by challenging product specifications Improving our approach regarding accessibility to ensure inclusivity for all users will be a key aspect of your roleDefining test strategy during project planning and development in relation with product managers and engineersEnsuring the test suite remains effective and efficient through time Ensuring that the feature team has a common understanding of how to guarantee highest standards of qualityCollect and report on testing metrics and defects, and collaborate with developers and PMs to prioritize their resolutionTake the lead on initiatives to reduce bug injection and facilitate defect investigations (exploratory testing, dialogue with tech support teams,...)Who you are

You possess experience in a QA role with a system at scale in a distributed app environment.You are proactive, involved, curious, and collaborativeYou also have a strong sense of ownership on what you build and you have a bias for action. Now, it would be fantastic if you: Have a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, testing tools, and processes.Have proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Detox)Are comfortable understanding and working with source codeHave experience in a hyper
