CV France function is responsible for Trucks Feature Verification & Validation and Prototypes deliveries, and we are on an exciting change journey with focus on quality, truck performance and new technologies.


We are now looking for a Group Manager of the Complete Vehicle Project Managers group in Lyon.
In this position, you will lead and manage a team of around 15 skilled projects managers, whose primary mission is to build, execute and optimize verification & validation plan, for the Renault Trucks Internal Combustion Engine, electrical vehicles, and in a near future Hydrogen trucks

Key Responsibilities:

For the Heavy-Duty Renault Trucks & Multi-Purpose Vehicles Renault & Volvo Trucks, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Be accountable for our complete vehicle V&V plan, optimization, and execution
  • Promote risksbased approach, right verification & validation plan, reducing as much as possible physical test
  • Represent the CV France organization in different product committees
  • Develop and coach the Projects Managers
  • Built strong collaboration with our engineering partners
  • Drive improvements in our way of working

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Master's degree in an Engineering is required.
  • 15+ years of Product development experience in the transportation industry, preferably in Vehicle Integration.
  • Proven leadership experience within automotive industry, as leading people or senior project manager
  • Experience in Software functional growth would be a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Excellent in team development and interest in how each person can contribute to the team.
