  • INCO Incubators: supports underrepresented founders and social entrepreneurs through incubation and acceleration programs for high-impact startups (Over 2,000 businesses supported annually).
  • INCO Ventures: offers impact investing and funding programs to nurture social and environmental impact startups (Managing assets exceeding €500M).
  • INCO Spaces: provides co-working and co-living areas for innovators and entrepreneurs focused on social and environmental issues (Locations include Paris, Berlin, and Warsaw).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are in search of a results-driven Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO) to join our team. As a crucial member of our leadership, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial well-being and operational effectiveness of our global organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of finance, accounting, legal, and administrative functions, and spearheading strategic initiatives to enhance performance and further our mission-driven endeavors.

Financial Management:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of finance and accounting divisions, encompassing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive annual budgets for all global operations, ensuring compliance with international financial reporting standards.
  • Implement effective cash flow strategies to optimize liquidity and mitigate financial risks.
  • Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements, tax returns, and statutory filings across all legal entities.
  • Analyze financial data and present insightful reports to guide strategic decisions.

Financial Strategy and Efficiency:

  • Identify and execute cost-saving measures and process enhancements to boost financial performance and resource utilization.
  • Evaluate and propose strategic investments, partnerships, and funding avenues.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial entities.

Legal and Administrative Management:

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory mandates across all operational jurisdictions (15+ legal entities).
  • Supervise legal documentation, contracts, and insurance matters.
  • Provide guidance on internal policies and procedures.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and inspire a team of finance and administrative professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in senior financial management, preferably in a multinational setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex financial challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in French and English, additional languages a bonus.
  • Proficient in international accounting standards and financial reporting.
  • Experience in global environments and managing dispersed teams.
  • Enthusiastic about the social enterprise mission and making a positive impact.
