Notre agence LIP Solutions RH, recherche pour un acteur de l'assistance automobile, un team manager (H/F).
Dans le cadre de l'accroissement de l'activité de notre client, et pour accompagner au mieux des équipes de Chargés d'assistance.
Au sein d'une entreprise et d'une équipe dynamique, vous intégrerez la Direction des Opérations et aurez pour missions:
- Encadrer une équipe de Chargés d'Assistance ainsi que sa gestion RH (fixation des priorités, animation d'entretiens individuels et d'équipe, développement des compétences, gestion du temps...) ;
- Accompagner au quotidien les Chargés d'Assistance et les faire monter en compétences ;
- Pilotage opérationnel de l'activité dont le suivi des performances (atteinte des KPI's) et animation du plateau en collaboration avec les autres Team Managers et Chargés de qualité et formation ;
- Mettre à jour les reportings opérationnels ;
- Recruter, intégrer et former en collaboration avec les RH et les Chargés de qualité et formation ;
- Traiter les dossiers difficiles (process d'escalade) ;
- Suivre la satisfaction Client et mettre en place des actions correctrices ;
- Participer à l'analyse des nouveaux produits et leur mise en œuvre opérationnelle, à la gestion opérationnelle des comptes clients et aux comités de pilotage ;
- Gérer l'astreinte (dont présence les week-ends d'astreinte : un week-end sur 13 actuellement) ;
- Analyser les requêtes de contrôle ;
- Participer aux projets de l'entreprise.
Amplitude horaires de 8h00 à 21h00 avec des week-ends travaillés (1 sur 13 actuellement).
Vous bénéficierez d'un accompagnement dans le cadre de votre intégration.
Profil recherché:
Vous justifiez d'une formation Bac +2/3 minimum en Management, Commerce, Gestion et d'une expérience de 2 ans minimum à un poste similaire.
Vous disposez de compétences en management d'équipe et en relation clients avérées et maitrisez les outils bureautiques (Office, web).
Vous êtes un négociateur fin et savez animer et gérer une équipe.
Vous avez le sens de la relation client et de l'empathie, une aisance relationnelle, des qualités fédératrices et une certaine objectivité.
Vous êtes dynamique, réactif et savez gérer vos priorités.
Organisation, autonomie, proactivité et sens de l'initiative sont vos principaux atouts
Vous saurez être disponible et flexible notamment au regard des besoins de supervision et de l'astreinte.
Une parfaite qualité rédactionnelle en français est demandée et un niveau confirmé à bilingue en anglais est apprécié.
Rémunération:
Rémunération selon profil + Participation et intéressement + Transport remboursé à 60% ou prime de transport + Participation attractive aux contrats mutuelle et prévoyance + Carte ticket restaurant
