The Compliance Manager is in charge of organising the implementation, management and monitoring of product compliance, as well as the roll-out of policies, guidelines, and awareness activities - in line with the legal requirements and company strategy.
The team is made up of 3 Compliance Managers:one in charge of Products, one of Data Protection and one of Ethics. The management / follow-up of relevant awareness / training sessions for employees, depending on the job duties.
The Legal requirements relating to Lyreco products (tests, labels...) Provide support if an incident has occurred, report accordingly to the relevant parties, and follow-up the related corrective / preventive actions.
Fluent business English (written and spoken). Computer literate - solid mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). #
