Notre client est une start-up spécialisée dans l'accompagnement des auto-entrepreneurs sur la création de leur société jusqu'à la gestion de leur comptabilité et du juridique. Notre client est basé à Port-Marianne à Montpellier (34)

**À propos de la mission**:
En tant que membre de la team Customer Success, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le maintien de relations clients positives et la croissance de l'entreprise. Vos responsabilités incluront, mais ne se limiteront pas à:

- Réactivation de clients désengagés : contacter les clients désengagées, écouter et analyser les causes de désengagement, trouver la stratégies de réengagement adaptée et renforcer la confiance des clients
- Satisfaction client : transformer les clients à priori insatisfaits en fans inconditionnels du service. Maîtriser parfaitement les techniques de communication de la ComptaPlace Academy, les problèmes types rencontrés par les dirigeants, ainsi que l'ensemble des offres LegalPlace pour proposer la meilleure solution au client
- Recouvrement des impayés : contacter les clients en impayés, comprendre les causes de non réglement, mettre en place une solution de régularisation des impayés adaptée et veiller au respect des futurs paiements
- Vente de services supplémentaires : identifier les opportunités de vente croisée et de vente ascendante pour proposer des services supplémentaires à nos clients, ainsi à augmenter la valeur de leur relation avec notre entreprise
- Collecte de pièces comptables manquantes : collaborer avec le service comptabilité pour récupérer toute documentation manquante, s'assurer que les dossiers sont complets, et garantir la conformité réglementaire

**Rémunération & Avantages**:
Rémunération : € € par an
Volume horaire hebdomadaire de base : 39 heures par semaine

**Profil recherché**:

- Tu as une expérience significative en recouvrement de créances, en service client ou en ventes
- Tu disposes d'excellentes compétences en communication, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, tu sais négocier de manière efficace et gérer des situations difficiles
- Tu es passionné(e) par le contact humain
- Tu aimes écouter, comprendre et résoudre les problèmes
- Tu t'exprimes parfaitement à l'écrit comme à l'oral
- Tu es polyvalent(e), réactif(ve) et autonome
- Petit plus : tu sais utiliser un CRM et/ou tu as une expérience en compta
- Expérience : Au moins une expérience liée requise, quelque soit la durée
