Talent Business Partner

Our Retail Talent team is expanding with the growth of On and we are searching for a motivated individual to join us. You will play a key role in shaping On's people agenda by working closely with the team on various people-related topics and providing valuable support to employees and managers. We are seeking someone with a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and optimization, who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at thinking creatively.
Your Role- Act as the main point of contact for all Talent-related matters and provide guidance to managers and team members.
- Influence how On integrates and maintains its culture and operational methods.
- Oversee Talent Lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding in collaboration with the HR team and retail leaders.
- Handle various talent inquiries including contract management, VISA support, team member changes, reference letters, and more.
- Evaluate, enhance, and implement process efficiencies and workflows, with a focus on automation.
- Manage employee relations, develop policies, address grievances, and offer support on Talent-related issues.
- Provide advice on local labor relations and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Engage with labor Unions and participate in committee meetings.
- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Processes, HR Generalist, or Talent Shared Services.
- Familiarity with French labor laws and union management is essential.
- Prior experience in the retail sector is beneficial.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, adept at cross-functional collaboration and delivering exceptional support.
- Strong communication skills and ability to cultivate relationships.
- Understanding of business processes, Workday knowledge is a plus.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoys innovation.
