You will be the trusted legal advisor for the General Management of the Group, Team Leads, and Site Managers, assisting them in legal analysis for decision-making.

• Ensure legal compliance by analyzing existing contracts and upcoming partnerships across various sectors such as goods, services, finance, insurance, IT, construction, townships, and institutions.
• Draft a range of contracts, particularly focusing on employment and commercial agreements within Nutchel.
• Conduct research and monitor legislation in European, Belgian, French, and Luxembourgish law, covering crucial legal areas including contract law, commercial law, labor law, social security law, urban planning, environmental law, company law, administrative law, consumer protection, intellectual property, real estate law, European law, and private international law.
• Hold a master's degree in law with additional qualifications or training in the relevant legal fields being a bonus.
• Proficiency in French, English, legal research tools, and the Office suite is a requirement.
• Prior experience in a corporate environment, even through internships, will be advantageous.
• This is a permanent part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time or a 4/5 schedule.
