MISSION :
Sous la responsabilité de la directrice des opérations et du directeur social média et marketing, vous serez en charge de l'interface globale des projets et êtes le garant de l'image de l'Agence auprès de nos clients et partenaires. Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
- Participation à la réflexion stratégique et interface/conseil client
- Elaboration des propositions budgétaires et des plannings et application de ceux-ci
- Participation aux briefs et débriefs des créatifs et à toutes les réunions créatives/stratégiques internes qui concernent le développement de vos projets
- Ecriture des présentations concernant les projets dont vous aurez la charge
- Participation ou présentation des stratégies lors des réunions clients
- Co-concevoir et coordonner la mise en place des campagnes digitales et social média (création et développement, rédaction des cahiers des charges ; pilotage traffic et community management, gestion des plannings...)
- Élaborer ou participer à l'élaboration de calendriers éditoriaux social media (écriture des posts, sourcing de contenus, rédaction des briefs créatifs...)
- Prendre ponctuellement en charge le community management et assurer toutes les tâches inhérentes à la mission : programmation des posts, modération, reportings
- Assurer le trafic management et la médiatisation des posts liés au calendriers éditoriaux social media (sponsoring / hors campagne)
- Superviser la production des contenus liés au social media (shooting photo, tournage vidéo, animation...)
- Conception et rédaction de contenus en lien avec les campagnes (cycle e-mailings, chemin de fer, note de cadrage, scénarios, mood vidéos...)
- Coordonner des différents intervenants internes et externes
- Analyser campagnes, réalisation des bilans et propositions d'optimisation
- Réaliser suivi administratif et reporting financier
PROFIL : ·
- Diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce ou équivalence en communication
- Expérience en agence
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et facilités relationnelles
- Très bonne qualité d'organisation et de suivi de projet
- Dynamique, curieux(se) et ouvert(e) d'esprit
- Forte sensibilité pour le secteur non profit et pour l'Économie Sociale et Solidaire
CONDITIONS :
