Yes, but what does the mission consist of?

Yes, PHOTOWEB has been engaged in its biggest transformation for the past 2 years. To achieve this ambition, the IT department wants to strengthen its team.

As part of a replacement, we are looking for an ASM Prepress/Production to contribute to IT support for our production workshop teams and ensure overall coherence in the cross-architecture of production flows, all to ensure the proper functioning and integration of software solutions.

Reporting to the Head of IT, your mission will include:

• Mastering the application scope within the workshop for the IT department
• Ensuring the operational maintenance of each application
• Providing Level 2 support for applications to Key Users
• Reporting and following up on Level 3 issues with the solution integrator
• Participating in software configuration with Key Users
• Mastering the prepress solution and existing product flows
• Ensuring the relationship between other IT teams related to the application scope
• Participating in effective collaboration with publishers and/or integrators during BUILD and RUN phases
• Technical-functional design in close collaboration with production Key Users, other IT teams, and the integrator when adding a new chosen solution

And what about the ideal profile?

We are looking for a colleague with a Bac+5 degree and a first experience in Prepress, driven by challenges and proposing constructive, pragmatic, and effective solutions.

Regarding soft and hard skills, you are:

• Curious to discover an industrial production environment
• Dynamic, reactive, and involved, with excellent interpersonal skills
• You are able to communicate orally and in writing in English.
• You have basic knowledge of javascript (or another programming language)
• Knowing the graphic industries would be a plus
