Role & Missions—What you will doWe are seeking an experienced UX Designer with a strong UX design and prototyping background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, preferably with a substantial portion of their career spent in scaleups or startups. This role is critical in ensuring our products meet the highest usability and user satisfaction standards.
As a UX Designer, you will:
- Lead UX design and prototyping efforts to create user-centered designs that enhance the user experience.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user flow mappings using UX design methodologies, such as JTBD.
- Design interfaces & build prototypes in Figma.
- Conduct thorough user research and testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, internal designers, and other stakeholders to understand and address user needs and business goals.
Moreover, you will:
- Work on data-intensive products, leveraging data to drive design improvements.
- Support UI design efforts, ensuring a seamless integration of UX and UI.
Requirements
Preferred Experience—What's your profile
- Proven UX design and prototyping expertise with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in UX design, with significant experience in scaleups or startups.
- Proficiency in user flow mapping and applying UX design methodologies, such as JTBD.
- Extensive experience in Figma: designing, building prototypes, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- No specific education requirements; we value experience and skills over formal education.
