Descriptif du poste
Dans le cadre de notre développement nous cherchons notre futur(e) Product Manager.
Rattaché(e) à la Directrice des opérations vos missions principales seront:
- Devenir l'expert fonctionnel de nos différents outils et de notre produit : notre plateforme de formation
- Être le garant de la phase de discovery auprès des équipes internes qui utilisent nos outils et qui sont en front avec nos clients
- Rédiger les cahiers des charges fonctionnels
- Travailler main dans la main avec notre équipe de développeurs web et participer à la priorisation du backlog
- Être force de proposition sur l'amélioration permanente de nos méthodes de travail et de nos outils.
- Diffuser en interne l'information de mise en ligne de nouvelles features
- Participer à la formation des utilisateurs
Profil
De formation Bac + 5, avec au moins 3 ans en tant que Product Manager, idéalement dans un environnement à forte croissance.
Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication avec la capacité de synthétiser des informations complexes.
Vous êtes dynamique et productif, et gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle ne vous fait pas peur.
Vous savez priorisez vos actions, et organiser les projets par rapport à leur ROI.
Les outils de gestion de projets n'ont pas de secret pour vous.
La maitrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral est un indispensable.
