Interface avec les équipes d'ingénierie de projet pour comprendre les besoins du client et proposer des conceptions sûres, efficaces et optimisées, et contribuer au déploiement de la solution ;
Assurer l'interface avec les équipes de développement des sous-systèmes, des logiciels et des produits/matériels afin de coordonner la proposition de conception et d'évaluer les compromis techniques et les risques ;
Assurer l'interface avec les équipes de vérification et de validation, les équipes de sécurité, les équipes de qualité, de fiabilité, de disponibilité et de maintenabilité afin d'expliquer la solution technique et d'ajuster la conception en fonction de leurs analyses.
Les ingénieurs système contribuent également à définir les prochaines étapes de notre solution de signalisation pour les applications futures, en cohérence avec la stratégie de réutilisation de la plateforme et les besoins du marché.
Rapports organisationnels
Les ingénieurs système sont rattachés au responsable de l'ingénierie du programme Fluence.
Quel est votre profil ?
En tant qu'ingénieur système, vous devrez :
Mettre en oeuvre les documents du système, y compris les plans, les spécifications, la documentation de déploiement et d'autres documents techniques.
Contribuer à la définition et à la maintenance des lignes de base du système, analyser et mettre en oeuvre les demandes de changement.
Contribuer aux activités de configuration du système et aux activités de gestion des exigences
Veiller à ce que le système réponde techniquement aux besoins et améliorations définis
Assurer la cohérence technique et l'alignement avec les autres équipes de conception de systèmes et de produits tout au long du développement, en fournissant un soutien technique à la V&V et à l'analyse de la fiabilité, de la disponibilité, de la maintenabilité et de la sécurité.
Gérer le retour d'information de l'équipe V&V sur la conception
Minimiser, par la conception, les coûts, les délais et les risques liés au déploiement du système
Préparer et participer aux revues de conception
Veiller à ce que le système suive une approche de normalisation en réutilisant les solutions existantes ou en mettant en oeuvre des solutions réutilisables, et en fournissant un kit de déploiement du système efficace (outils, documentation pour l'utilisateur).
Comprendre et appliquer les processus d'ingénierie du développement de systèmes et contribuer à l'amélioration continue (RoE, processus).
Formation et compétences
Pour ce poste, nous recherchons le profil suivant :
Niveau d'études obligatoire : maîtrise en ingénierie ou diplôme universitaire équivalent (une spécialisation dans un domaine lié aux systèmes de transport ferroviaire est un atout) ;
Niveau d'expérience : Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans des activités similaires (conception de systèmes, ingénierie de projet, validation ou évaluation de la sécurité) dans le secteur des transports, une expérience dans le domaine de la signalisation ferroviaire serait un plus ;
Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes : approche logique et analytique, esprit créatif, capacité à synthétiser les problèmes et à prendre des décisions raisonnées, ainsi qu'à diriger des sujets techniques de manière autonome ;
Solides compétences en matière de communication et de collaboration : esprit d'équipe, ouvert et motivé par les environnements multiculturels
Parler et écrire couramment l'anglais est obligatoire, une bonne connaissance du français est requise.

Vous serez basé dans nos locaux à Saint-Ouen (Métro Ligne 13 &14 - Mairie de St Ouen).
