**Deviens Growth Hacker et associé-e d'une startup de la HR tech**:

- un pur projet entrepreneurial à construire de A à Z
- dans une start-up tech big data early stage
- avec une stratégie de conquête rapide du marché

**Ton nouveau challenge**

Associé-e de l'entreprise, et en collaboration étroite avec le CEO co-fondateur, tu prends les rennes de la conception et du déploiement de la stratégie web pour faire de DrawJob la plateforme de career building et de recrutement n°1 en France
- Avec ta pensée UX/UI et ta culture web, tu copilotes avec le CEO la roadmap technologique du développement de la plateforme en lien avec les équipes techniques de l'incubateur
- Tu acquières et enrichis des data connectées à nos personae (BtoB et BtoC) et à leurs usages en lien avec l'emploi, la gestion de carrière, le recrutement...
- Tu mets en place et actives des leviers inbound et outbound pour créer et développer la communauté d'utilisateurs de la plateforme
- Tu soutiens le business development par l'acquisition de leads et jusqu'à la conversion
- Tu participes à toutes les décisions sur les orientations stratégiques et tactiques de DrawJob
- Poste de **salarié et d'associé **avec une prise de **capital de 15 à 20%**

**Rémunération** progressive sur les 18 premiers mois en fonction des levées de fonds
- **Ton profil**: de formation webmarketing / marketing digital ou autodidacte, tu veux un terrain de jeu où tu auras carte banche. Tu es un bricoleur adepte du test & learn, avec une vraie pensée usages et une forte orientation résultat.

**Tu te reconnais**
- Une première expérience sur une plateforme web (BtoB ou BtoC, dans l'idéal dans le secteur des services)
- Techniques de growth hacking / outbound marketing / inbound marketing / traffic management
- Compétences en conception et design de landing pages (UX/UI, copywriting) via un CMS type WordPress
- Maîtrise d'outils de scraping et d'enrichissement de data
