Nous recherchons un.e Principal Data Engineer hautement qualifié et expérimenté pour diriger la conception, le développement et la mise en oeuvre d'une plateforme de données basée sur AWS, permettant une prise de décision basée sur les données à l'échelle. Sous la responsabilité du Head of Engineering, Data Operations, votre rôle est essentiel pour définir la manière dont les différents départements d'AVIV accèdent aux données et les traitent, en contribuant à leur maturité et en leur permettant d'utiliser les données pour créer de la valeur.
Vous jouerez un rôle crucial en aidant à façonner la stratégie de données de l'organisation, en garantissant l'évolutivité, la fiabilité et l'efficacité de la gestion et du traitement des données. Idéalement, vous avez une connaissance approfondie des services AWS et des meilleures pratiques en matière d'architecture de données, ainsi qu'une expérience avérée dans l'accompagnement et le mentorat d'équipes d'ingénieurs dans la mise en oeuvre de solutions techniques complexes.
Responsabilités :
- Architecturer, concevoir et guider la mise en oeuvre de la plateforme de données basée sur AWS, en alignant les décisions architecturales sur les objectifs de l'entreprise et les priorités stratégiques.
- Il est le fer de lance de l'adoption et de la mise en oeuvre des principes de propriété décentralisée des données, en se concentrant sur la création de valeur grâce à un ensemble approprié d'outils et de technologies.
- Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour déterminer les besoins de l'entreprise et conduire l'évolution des produits de données fédérées avec un oeil attentif sur les résultats des produits.
- Évaluer et intégrer en permanence les nouvelles fonctionnalités et les nouveaux services d'AWS afin d'améliorer les capacités de la plateforme et de répondre à l'évolution des besoins.
- Collaborer avec les équipes infosec, juridiques et d'architecture d'entreprise pour définir et appliquer les normes, les lignes directrices et les meilleures pratiques en matière d'architecture de données.
- Communiquer des concepts techniques complexes à des parties prenantes non techniques, en soulignant l'impact sur les résultats commerciaux et la protection des données sensibles.
- Encadrer et guider les équipes d'ingénieurs, en favorisant une culture de collaboration, d'innovation et d'engagement sans faille.
- Expérience confirmée dans la création de plateformes et de produits de données dans des environnements AWS.
- Sens aigu business et esprit orienté produit.
- Solides compétences en matière de leadership et de collaboration, avec la capacité de travailler au sein d'équipes et de départements.
- Solide expérience des outils et technologies d'ingénierie des données, tels que Kafka, Hadoop et Spark.
- Expérience de la modélisation, de la fédération et de la gouvernance des données. Cela inclut, sans s'y limiter, l'établissement de contrats de données, l'introduction de contrôles de qualité, le traitement des données PII et la conformité au GDPR.
- Expérience et forte attitude à l'égard du travail au sein d'équipes d'ingénierie de plateforme.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement agile, assurant une collaboration efficace et une livraison continue.
