Notre client est une société d'audit et de conseil, initialement spécialisée dans l'accompagnement opérationnel pour les métiers de la finance. Depuis, elle s'est développée dans les métiers de l'assurance, de la mutuelle et de la gestion d'actifs.
240 personnes œuvrent pour satisfaire 150 clients autour d'enjeux de transformation, d'évolution réglementaire, de gestion des risques, de stratégie RSE ou encore de data et d'innovation.
Dans le cadre de la structuration du pôle data, cette société recherche un Manager Data.
Poste
Le pôle data est constitué de 18 personnes (data scientist, data engineer, data analyst et managers).
L'équipe a pour rôle de traduire les besoins des clients par le prisme de la data autour du pilotage de projets complexes.
Récemment, elle a développé une application web incluant de la géodata, permettant d'évaluer les risques naturels sur une adresse donnée (glissement de terrain, inondation etc), pour un acteur en assurance.
Vous serez le manager direct d'une équipe de 5 à 7 personnes et aurez la double casquette technique et business.
Dans ce cadre, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
Participer aux recrutements et faire monter en compétences votre équipe
Gérer le knowledge management
Accompagner le commercial en rendez-vous client afin d'apporter votre expertise technique
Participer au développement business et répondre aux appels d'offres
Gérer le planning et le budget
Être le garant du livrable et de la satisfaction client

Profil recherché
Vous avez 5 ans d'expérience minimum sur des projets data (data science, data engineering, data management).
Vous êtes issu d'une société d'audit et de conseil et avez déjà structuré des réponses d'appels d'offres et proposé une démarche à un client.
Vous avez déjà managé une équipe de plusieurs collaborateurs.
